Tenet believes that the environment is important for our future generations and ourselves. Excellence in environmental protection is an important part of our business. Our aim is that no environmental harm should result from our activities; we will seek continuous improvement, to achieve and maintain excellence in environment protection from our activities.
- Prevent pollution and minimise waste and the use of natural resources as part of our contribution to sustainability and environmental improvement
- Ensure the safe disposal of waste products, where possible reuse and recycle.
- Work with our staff to achieve an excellent environmental culture.
- Seek out and use good practices wherever we may find them.
- Ensure that our activities, products and services are in compliance with applicable legislation.
- Requirements of good practice and applicable standards of environment, health and safety performance.
- Openly report our environmental performance whenever requested.
- Review environment policy annually and with the issue of new regulations.
